I have worn the instruments since Denise programmed and fit them at approximately 2pm (it is now about 8:30pm), and have certainly noticed the change and with no discomfort. I have even had several phone calls, all of which were very comfortable. I want to thank you for all you have done in this process and especially want to thank you for your recommendation of the Audiologist, Denise. I can not imagine finding anyone more professional or with whom I would be more comfortable than Denise. At our first visit for testing and again today I felt like I was her only patient and she had all of the time I needed for explanations and questions. Thanks for the prompt action in getting me a duplicate invoice and working with me on my 2007 FSA money. I will write up my experience of music appreciation with my Phonak Savia Art aids and get it to you for your reference. Because of the remote and the multiple programs, they work great on my motorcycle and in my wife's convertible also. I am also working the LACE program a little at a time. It is quite interesting and I am referring that program to other people I know that have hearing aids. I can't say enough positive things about your help, knowledge, and customer service. Just wanted to drop you a line, and tell you how thrilled I am with my new "ears". I can now hear everything at all the meetings that I attend, and not miss anything that is being said. I hear every word that my wife says, for the first time EVER!! As a Christian male I am always in awe of life, but could not hear all of what life has to offer--but I do now! I am home from our month at the beach and actively participating in many activities. I just LOVE my new ears!!! The Phonak Savias are comfortable, greatly enhance my hearing, and are almost totally invisible. My wife enjoys talking with me and I could hear all of the church service. I was at our Church Seniors Luncheon yesterday and it is the first time I have been with a group that some of us were pulling out our ears and comparing experiences. HearingPlanet won the competition hands down. Everyone was very impressed with my ability to not only adjust volume but also turn off. Others could do one or the other. None had the ability to take the ears in and have the audiologist plug them into the computer and see what I had been doing with the buttons.
I will continue to refer you and Toby to my friends.

I would give my experience with Ann, the provider you referred me to, an A+ rating. I expected that her testing would confirm and expedite the process of hearing aids. Ann was very thorough and ran confirming tests to clarify her findings. Her careful explanation of her findings, my options, and the positive and negative aspects of hearing aids left me confident she has guided me to the best decision at this time. Her evaluation validated and was consistent with my hearing experience.
There is no comparison to the other service I received from a competitor. That experience resulted in a minimal explanation of test results while simply looking at hearing charts and the pressuring of immediate purchase of aids. I now feel exploited. The HearingPlanet experience is nothing but the opposite! My concern of pursuing purchase by a website was concern that there would be no basis of how to best suit my needs. When you referred me to a local professional it then made sense. The professionalism of my experience validated your choice of specialist and the value of your program. After having purchased my last hearing aids from one of your competitors (Audibel), I opted to try an alternative source for the replacements and I'm pleased that I did. Amy could not have been more professional, courteous or client-focused throughout the process. She was extremely articulate in communicating the specific benefits of dealing with HearingPlanet and seemed extremely knowledgeable of both the product I chose (the Siemens Centra) and the other alternatives I was considering.

I want you to know that I had a wonderful, professional meeting with Audiologist Anita Solomon who was very knowledgeable in the field of hearing aids. I was very impressed. We talked about the top line hearing aids and hearing in general for about 1 1/4 hours. She then had another appointment so Joyce and I went to lunch. We returned at 3:15. She then tested my hearing. She then convinced me that the Phonak Savia Art 100 dz was the one for me with the "Dick Tracy" remote control watch.
I would like to move forward with these. Can it be sent by FEDEX overnight mail? How do I make a down payment or full payment for the aid?
Thank you for your honest, professional e-mail discussions with me. I have some friends in other locations in the country who need or will need hearing aids. Are they able to contact you by e-mail? This has been a great experience!

Dear Sirs,
I am writing this letter, during a very busy, hectic, typical Monday. The reason I state the type of day, is to stress the fact of how important it is to me to make sure you know how impressed I am with the service I have received from Melissa Rodgers and HearingPlanet. She has made a transition that I am still not comfortable with as easy as can be made by any stranger.
The professionalism and quick follow up she practices, is what "customer service" is all about. I am sure she probably is this type of caring and genuine person naturally but to maintain it to the level of service I have received, goes beyond what I expected from any person simply doing their job. She does more than "her job". To accept the fact of having to wear dual hearing aids at a relatively young age of 44 is quite difficult on many levels. Financially speaking, this is not a simple process either when your insurance does not cover it. Melissa again, came to the rescue with the assuredness and sensitivity needed in approaching someone regarding their finances. She was instrumental in assisting me in securing credit through Care Credit. A venue I was not even aware of!

Thanks for your time, Ken. My hearing has been a problem for a while, and at 29, wearing hearing aids is a hard pill to swallow. I had older, clunky hearing aids a couple of years ago because my budget only allowed for the lowest model, but they just amplified everything, and aggravated my migraines. Cosmetically, they were just not working for me either. As a professional I need to be able to listen to clients and co-workers, and not have them (or myself) be distracted by my hearing aid/impairment. I stopped wearing my old hearing aids about 7 months after I got them, and my hearing is getting steadily worse... I'm glad I found your company online. I'm planning my wedding for next year, so finding a company with local offices that offers financing options was a big plus for me. Not only that, but hopefully I'll find a solution that will help me hear my husband's vows clearly!

From the very beginning when I first was told I needed hearing aids, and my daughter got on the internet and located your company, I was very impressed.
It was an emotional thing for me to have to be told I had to have hearing aids. I am a former operatic and concert performer, have loved teaching voice and piano, and really had to come to grips with all of this.
I cannot tell you how Toby put my mind at ease.
Then, little questions that I had, he never seemed putout or bothered by anything I asked.
I also did a stupid thing with my financial arrangement, and Toby took care of it all with Jennifer ( I believe that was the name) in the Finance office of Care Credit.
I simply want to say that you are indeed fortunate to have Toby as an employee. He is a great asset and humanitarian.

I received my hearing aids on Monday, Oct. 16 at 4:30 PM. They are wonderful. I don't even know that I am wearing them. Your clinic person is the greatest, most personable and very informative person I have ever dealt with in the medical field. She answered and explained every detail to the max.
I immediately wore them to work. My last hearing aids I had to keep adjusting the volume, taking one out to answer the phone because of feed back and just did not feel comfortable. My new aids I forgot they were in.

I just got off the phone with Andrew. You have a fine representative there.
He listened to my lengthy story, answered all my questions, got me on the phone with Dr. Woodard's office in Tulsa, where Loretta also did a fine job in scheduling my appointment, then he ask if I had any other questions, and said he would confirm by email.
I just seldom get such good service as Andrew provided and I ask him how I could let you know. He said "he in no way solicited such" which he didn't.
I was skeptical but I am sure not now.
